HANDPAINTED TEXTURED GREY

A couple Christmases ago I decided to try my hand at handpainting a canvas backdrop for a shoot with a dancer, and this is the result!  

 

This piece photographs beautifully, and I love using it as a “dirty” frame… when the camera photographs beyond the edges of the backdrop to also capture what’s behind it.  It just looks a little different, a little artsy, and little fun :). 

 

The backdrop itself has room for just one person, but if we do the “dirty frame” it would look great with a smallish group!

PINK BOKEH

This backdrop mimics the look of out of focus background lights, very soft and pretty.

Literally walked past a bolt of this fabric at the fabric store and doubled back for a second look. Obviously I bought it, lol.  

 

This fabric is 5′ wide so it’s good for individual portraits only. It is a pretty backdrop, although I’ve used it a few times as a wrap (clothing) in portrait sessions and it’s stunning!
